Hey Jim I noticed that a couple online sources for this Fillmore date have most of what is missing from what you describe as the circulating version, viz.: Hard to Handle, Casey Jones and the last 8 minutes of Lovelight.

They're apparently the same, but the second is harder to parse because it's chopped up into a zillion tracks without song titles. <http://www.wolfgangsvault.com/grateful-dead/concerts/fillmore-auditorium-november-07-1969.html> While this version has the annoying pops that Kaplan removed, it does have some material between songs that he excised, e.g. about a minute between Morning Dew and Hard to Handle. It also has a couple skips at the beginning of Casey Jones that aren't in the Kaplan versions. You can doubtless get a more robust version through the trading community, but these should at least let you confirm the setlist and update your timings.
