www.europa.com is not on the deadlists.com domain so deadlists cannot help you 
there...

Sorry, I didn't mean the dataspec.html link (which I included in my
email) but the link to Ben Brewer's page (which is in the dataspec.html page).  
That link, in the HTML source, is:

That link: http://www.europa.com/%7Ebbrewer/deadlists/deadlists.html
returns a 404 for me.  It looks like the user is still on the site because 
http://www.europa.com/~bbrewer/ resolves but I don't see a way to find the spec 
page.
