Martin Kronbichler (who is here in Texas for the moment) is currently writing
some interfaces to Trilinos that we hope will enable us to do parallel
computations for step-31 (which solves the Boussinesq equations, the heart of
which are formed by the Stokes equations). You may want to take a look at the
step-31 version that is currently in the subversion archive -- it's still not
parallel, but we hope that it will soon be.
