[deal.II] Variable computing area

Hello,
I am mode. lling blood flow with coagulation. I use NSE for fixed domain. Now I 
have to change (diminish) this domain because of growing blood clot. Is there 
any possibility how to implement changing domain a therefore definition area of 
NSE?
