Folks,
we've uploaded the tarballs for a 6.2.1 release. Guido left today and I will
leave tomorrow, so I would not be surprised if we forgot something in the mad
11th hour rush but let's cross fingers. If you find something, let us know!
There are really only two significant changes:
- we can now build again against PETSc versions prior to 3.0.0
- the webpage and tar files contain formulas in the documentation again, c.f.

I've also fixed a minor problem with step-18 in the process.
