Dear deal.ii-developers, I hope this is the right mailing list for which to submit this issue.
I've generated a very simple hexahedral mesh using transfinite volumes in GMSH version 2.3.1. However, when loading it using GridIn::read_msh, I get a segmentation fault in dealii::Triangulation::create_triangulation. I have attached the .geo- and the .msh-files. The backtrace is as follows: #0 0xb5d5f9bc in dealii::internal::Triangulation::Implementation::create_triangulation<3> () from /home/avery/work/nanopar/deal.II/lib/libdeal_II_3d.so.6.2.1 #1 0xb5d5f566 in dealii::Triangulation<3, 3>::create_triangulation () from /home/avery/work/nanopar/deal.II/lib/libdeal_II_3d.so.6.2.1 #2 0xb5d6a4fc in dealii::Triangulation<3, 3>::create_triangulation_compatibility () from /home/avery/work/nanopar/deal.II/lib/libdeal_II_3d.so.6.2.1 #3 0xb5d1283f in dealii::GridIn<3, 3>::read_msh () from /home/avery/work/nanopar/deal.II/lib/libdeal_II_3d.so.6.2.1 Can you reproduce the issue? Is it a bug in the GMSH-reader? Thanks a bunch. -- Med venlig hilsen, James Avery <[email protected]>
