I solved it! By accident, of course :/, the MPI flag changed between the compiler and linking step. Didnt figured it out since it was reset at each wmake. So when i move the script for cleaning up, I was wondering why the number of the mpich version changed ( cheezuz, i am soon a believer that Einstens theory is wrong and there was no moonwalking, please remind me to print out explicitly the pointers). Further, i never could anticipate that the MPI linkage error could give an error at the PetscWrapper in deal.ii, and i still dont get it. Nevermind, it works excellent, i have few bugs but they are programming bugs ( note the difference ), an area of my expertise. Although i figured it myself, the provided explicit compilation list will be usefule! Many thanks!
