yes, you are right. In this file a cell has only 4 nodes, because this
is a 2D example. You can see this at the word "quad" defining the cell.
This stands for quadrilateral, hence 2D. In 3D one would have "hex" for
hexahedral. For tetrahedra one would have "tet".
