It's a pleasure. I will check this in after a few tweaks I want to make
which will not drastically change nothing (I'm dropping support for
PETSc complex less than 3.0* only). I'm really happy for the dealii
mailing list, where my incoherrent rantings are somehow made clear by
others there!

I realise you don't expect me (or anyone) to do that. I just wanted to
raise the points. Perhaps my previous test was incorrect, or my
communications too aggressive, but it is too late (and pointless) to
check. My bad, my apology... :-)
