If so, the problem may be due to a bad ordering of the static libraries on the linker line (which most of us wouldn't notice because we use shared libs, and there the order doesn't matter). Can you try and see if it helps if you move libaztecoo *after* libifpack in common/Make.global_options (around line 190)?
