Hi, I am a beginner and am just trying to run all the steps from the tutorial on the web to get a feel of deal ii. I don't see step 32 in the the examples from 6.2.1 version that I downloaded. Is there someplace where I can get it along with it's Makefile. I also noticed that it uses header files(like 'work_Stream.h' and 'index_set.h')that are not there in 6.2.1. Do I need to download some other files to make it work?
