Very much so indeed. In particular, I would like to mention (in alphabetical
order):
- Markus Buerg for the integration of a MUMPS interface and step-45
  and other changes throughout
- Timo Heister for much behind-the-scenes hacking and a lot of
work on a branch we hope to make the next release
- Baerbel Janssen for a lot of work on the multigrid implementation for
  adaptive meshes
- Martin Kronbichler for many changes throughout, in particular for making
our linear algebra interfaces work on large numbers of processors
- Tobias Leicht for changes throughout
- Abner Salgado-Gonzales for step-35
- Toby Young for much PETsc and SLEPc related work as well as step-36

We have also received patches for various functionality from James Avery, Jean
Marie Linhart, Scott Miller, and Thomas Wick. I'm sure I'm also forgetting
people here, but in any case we're grateful for all of these contributions.

I'm sure there will be an opportunity to have a small celebration for this
first release in over a year at the deal.II workshop in Heidelberg in August.

Best
 Wolfgang & Guido
