Hey Wolfgang, Thank you for your reply. Actually, it is an original cygwin installation without any modification. Further, I simply installed anything cygwin contains.
I guess the problem might be my operating system, which is Win 7. It might be a little bit "new" to cygwin, which I have no idea. :( I need to do more to get more computer skills... Thanks.
