All,
it's my pleasure to announce that the step-41 tutorial program is now
available. step-41 was contributed by Joerg Frohne (thanks a lot!) from
the University of Siegen, Germany, and shows how to solve the obstacle
problem [1]. This involves a non-trivial inequality constraint, and
dealing with the corresponding ConstraintMatrix object.

and will also be in deal.II 7.2.
