Hello everyone, I resend this question, just to know if anyone has crossed this problem yet.
I've worked with deal.ii library for some years now, but after the python-pytrilinos bug http://bugs.debian.org/672781 I've not been able to link my codes. I'm working in Debian, I've tried switching to Ubuntu but the problem is still there (and I guess in other Debian-based distributions as well) Is there any way to get this package working or to get parallel features without it? Even if the downloading and compiling of all trilinos package is always a possibility, this strongly cuts my capability to share my codes and the usability of deal.ii as a whole... Any user would need to compile trilinos by himself and that is a kind of difficult task for non-developer-level users... Thanks in advance! To: [email protected] Hello everyone, I'm trying to compile a code using deal.ii that I wrote using previous versions of the library. I'm in Debian Wheezy/Sid and I'm having the hardest time trying to workaround the fact that I cannot install python-pytrilinos because of bug #644432 . Does anyone have a workaround that may allow me to continue developing with deal.ii7.1.0 until python-pytrilinos gets fixed? Thanks in advance, Astor _______________________________________________ dealii mailing list http://poisson.dealii.org/mailman/listinfo/dealii
