I'm really impressed by the features of the deal.ii and I want to implement a Hp adaptive DG solver to solve the NS equations in 3D with complex geometries. Do I need to modify any parts of deal.ii to achieve it? I know in tutorial, there are several examples covers how to implement DG using deal.ii. However, Dr. Hartmann mentioned that his PADGE solver is based on a modified version of deal.ii. So my questions is which part of deal.ii I need to modified to implement a HP-adapt DG solver for NS in 3D with complex geometries? Or which part i need to improve to implement a industrial CFD code. Thanks.
