I would not remove this WIP tutorial. What is done is the interface scalar 
valued Laplace problems with XFEM. One can always push it towards another 
application, namely vector valued problem of a crack propagation, where you 
have Heaviside enrichment plus something around the crack tip. This is of 
interest to myself and hopefully I will get to that in the not too distant 
future.
