Luca in particular

sorry for this bothering. It happened again, as on Dec. 2 , 2019 that after 
a macOS update deal.ii 9.1.1 quit running.
There appears to be an issue with the PETScWrappers  to MPI, for what I 
understand.
I really appreciate your help.
