What is the easier way to configure dealii installation with trilinos. ?
Trilinos has been already installed.
Was trying to run example step-32:
Make Error at CMakeLists.txt:44 (MESSAGE):
Error! This tutorial requires a deal.II library that was configured with
the following options:
DEAL_II_WITH_MPI = ON
DEAL_II_WITH_P4EST = ON
DEAL_II_WITH_TRILINOS = ON
However, the deal.II library found at /usr/local was configured with these
options
DEAL_II_WITH_MPI = OFF
DEAL_II_WITH_P4EST = OFF
DEAL_II_WITH_TRILINOS = OFF
which conflict with the requirements.
Then I install trilinos
I try something like this:
base) franck@AIMSNEI-LPT-115:~/FEM/dealii-9.2.0/build$ cmake
-DTRILINOS_DIR=/usr/bin/ -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/usr/local/ ../
still have the same error message. It is not clear to me how to configure
MPI or trilinos
