Thank you Bruno. I was able to adapt the Neumann BC implementation in step-7 as an extension to step-4. As a follow up question: has anyone implemented *mixed boundary conditions* as an extension to step-4? Since step-4 implements the steady state Laplace problem, such boundary conditions will be of the form: h*(u_ext - u).
