Nevermind, I think I just deleted the source files after installation because I have no idea what I'm doing. Downloaded version 9.1.1 again and put the folder back in the weird path, and it seems to work.

Hello, after a long hassle I finally got the debugger in VS Code to work with deal.II. However when trying to "step into", VS Code looks for the source files in weird folders (see hover text in center of screenshot).

This folder did exist when I first encountered the error. I think it's a remnant of the installation so I deleted it to see if it would change anything, but nope, VS Code is still looking for the same directory and complains it can't find it.

Any idea what could be the cause of this?
