The School of Civil Engineering and Architecture of the University of 
Parma, Italy (https://dia.unipr.it/en/PhD

announces a PhD fellowship on *Fracture model of elastomeric multilayers 
and simulation of failure in tyres*. The fellowship is fully funded by the 
University and will last three years. 

In particular, we are looking for applicant who had already some experience 
in implementing FEM schemes using deal.ii or similar open source finite 
element libraries with a solid background in continuum mechanics.
