My question is however is it possible to add physical attributes like a force or pressure applied to the surface of the so to say one point of coordinates or one side of a cubic model?
Does anyone have any recommended steps? or recommended methods?

Felix -- boundary forces are incorporated via boundary integrals, and I believe one of the earlier tutorials (in the range 7-10) shows how to do these boundary integrals (=Neumann boundary conditions).

But I may also not quite understand what it is you want to do. Can you describe in mathematical terms what your goal is?
