I am looking for examples or resources that can help me with the implementation of this boundary condition. I would greatly appreciate any assistance.

have you looked at the other elasticity codes (e.g., step-8, step-17, step-42) to see how they impose Dirichlet conditions on the displacement? If these don't quite match what you need, can you be more specific in the ways in which what you want to do differs from the techniques shown there?
