I think I found where the issue is but I am not sure how to solve it. When
I am running cmake to generate the build files, I see this line in green.
INCLUDE_DIRECTORIES:
/storage/mbsimmon/EXTERNAL_SOFTWARES/COMPUTE_12/petsc/include;/storage/mbsimmon/EXTERNAL_SOFTWARES/COMPUTE_12/
petsc/arch-linux2-c-debug/include;/usr/include;/usr/include/openmpi-x86_64/petsc;/usr/lib64/gfortran/modules/openmpi/petsc;
*/usr/include/openmpi-x86_64/hypre*;/usr/include/openmpi-x86_64/superlu_dist
However, I am checking my directory in that location and it doesn't even
exist... How can I fix it?
