We encourage application from the *deal.II *community: Post doctor scholarship (2 years) in high-performance computing for space weather applications The Department of Physics at Umeå University is offering a postdoctoral scholarship for a project that aims to develop high-performance computing (HPC) models and simulation tools for space weather applications. The position is a 2-year postdoctoral scholarship focused on HPC methods for space weather applications, including analysis of ionospheric data from EISCAT_3D and ALIS_4D, as well as modeling geoelectric fields and geomagnetically induced currents (GICs).
