Die Kritik kommt m.W. nicht vom Rechtsausschuss (JURI) des Europarl, sondern von der Berichterstatterin Janelly Fourtou, Ehefrau des Konzernchefs von Vivendi, die sich f�r diese Aufgabe vorgedr�ngelt hat und im �brigen auch im Falle der Swpat-Richtlinie unerm�dlich f�r maximale Durchschlagkraft von Softwarepatenten agitiert. Man sieht dem Artikel schon aus weiter Entfernung an, dass hier mal wieder recherchefaule und brav nachplappernde Online-Journalisten am Werk waren.
