I have a food processor. So main laborious task of chopping onions is pretty much taken care of. If you can think of way to contribute (a cake? check the page) let me know. I do not want 3 cooks standing in my cramped kitchen ! :) Two is quite optimum. Everyone please check out. I was thinking if the Helsinki hosts can eat at home, maybe that's best... Hosts, don't forget about preparing/providing a basic breakfast for your guests?!
