Hi,

I think we should forget this whole transportation thing. Our visitors have no expenses apart from that. And yes, the society might need a few euros in the spring too.

Our Fri evening budget is 50 euros, I guess +/-10 euros does not make a difference.

My personal opinion is that it would be nicest/easiest, if everybody just brings something (as everybody's bound to spend 5 euros on a Friday night, and now the drinks are for free) and then we don't need to worry if the society budget is going to explode after Timo gets 10 euro bills from everybody...

There are plenty of ways to spend the society's money. Of course this party is a very nice one. But I don't think it should be the costliest part of the whole tournament. After all, we always buy our own beers in the pub and it's fine with everybody.

Hi Nina and Board members!

I'm the treasurer, so you can give any bills to me (please write your
account number and name on the back). Originally we thought that the budget
for the whole evening at Kai's would be EUR 50. However, that's not a lot.

Suvi, what do you think? How much money can we spend?

And what about those Helsinki tickets? After talking with Suvi, I told our
visitors in my invitation e-mail that we wouldn't be covering their public
transport costs. However, we can still do so if we want. It is only that
the society's budget is EUR 400 and even without the EUR 150 tickets and
with only EUR 50 for Friday evening the total tournament costs are nearing
EUR 150. There will be no more money until next spring.

Timo

PS Nina, thanks for offering to lend a sleeping bag. I will contact you if
one of the guests is in need of one.
