I just asked our gentle schedule maintainers a slot, and hopefully a room, to handle an informal meeting (today, July 24th, 17:00) meant to prepare the Cheese and Wine party, that's scheduled for tomorrow, Saturday 25th, 23:00.
The point of the meeting is mostly going over all small organisation details. All volunteers are welcomed to join so that we can share the load of the remaining work to do. As soon as the location of that meeting will be known, I'll followup to this mail, but I intentionnally want to announce it ASAP, given the short time frame.
