We sent two types of messages, one about Travel Sponsorship and another about Accommodation and Food. In both cases the sender was the same: From: DebConf14 Bursaries Team <[email protected]> Subject was a little bit different depending on the type of the message: Subject: DebConf14 Travel Sponsorship ($ACCOUNT) Subject: DebConf14 Food and Accommodation Sponsorship ($ACCOUNT) We added the account info on the subject to help Bursaries track the emails, as we are copied on all messages.
