Many people started arranging their trip to Caceres and several (incl. me) particularly seem to rely on trains for going at least from Madrid to Caceres and back (I unfortunately dropped the night train idea for going to Madrid, because of too high prices...:-( ).
http://wiki.debconf.org/action/edit/Debconf9/Travel/TrainBooking However, while trying to book these trains, I found out that the above page seem to mention trains *that are not mentioned on RENFE web site*: Madrid-Caceres: 16:40-20:02 --> no such train Caceres-Madrid: 09:25-12:51 --> no such train Some other trains mentioned in the page do not run everyday (though this might be less harmful, at least for people who "registered" on that page). This can be checked by going to http://www.renfe.es/horarios/english/index.html I corrected the page accordingly. To our Spanish friends, is there a vague possibility that the RENFE web site omits to mention some trains? I particularly recommend to people who listed self on the non existing trains to double check the schedules.
