I have written down my name, and I have the intention of bringing some typical Galician "tetilla" cheese [1]. The issue is that I will be travelling the 25th, and I will arrive ~3 hours before the party. I have seen that an organization meeting will be held on Friday 24th. Is it okay for me to bring the cheese even when I will not be able to attend the organization meeting? (I hope so!)
