Usually the un-conferences work like this: the slots are hard-coded, but the content remains unknown until the previous evening. So the idea is that before the start of the conference all the possible 'slots' of times and rooms would already be known and in the evening before each day people would sign their events into the empty slots, but the slots as such would not change. Such arrangements makes sure that video team can plan ahead, but it is possible that some slots might be empty on some days if no one schedules a talk into that slot.
