The cafeteria folks told us that if anyone had a special allergy that was not already covered by vegetarian/vegan/celiac/kosher/hallal that one would simply need to speak to them and they could make something specific for your needs. They did explicitly say that you actually need to have a serious issue for them to entertain this, as they would not appreciate people asking them to make some special food just because you do not like what is provided. micah
