I paid with local cash (which I needed to withdraw anyway for the airport bus). I actually withdrew 300 kunas which is indeed largely enough (30 for airport bus, 123+20 (I had two bags) for the bus to BL and 30 for the airport bus again on the way back....that leaves about 100 kunas for other expenses such as buying food).
