Hi, The talks team is asking for volunteers who would coordinate talks on a half day each. That means your task is to give a small introduction of the speaker (which most probably requires to talk to the speaker before the talk), making the speaker aware that he has 45min time to speak as well as coordinating the discussion after the talk. The morning shift usually consists of three talks to coordinate, the afternoon shift has four talks.
