I've been meaning to get an email like this out as well.
This was my first Debconf and I was amazed at how friendly everyone was
and how well it was organised throughout. The locals are amazing and
were friendly and helpful every step of the way. IMHO they have set a
really high bar for future Debconfs and I'd like to thank them for that!

PS: This was also the first Debconf for my Squeeze and Fake Wheezy
toys. They were very happy to have met Pollito:
