Very much a one-off. I was driving to work when I heard about the road
closures due to trying to contain a black bear in NE (IIRC) Portland that
day. With my hearing issues, I was POSITIVE I misunderstood why there were
police activity and road closures and just vowed to get more coffee when I
got to work.
