Good afternoon Team,
I write to you this opportunity to inform you that unfortunately I can
not attend
the Dencof14, for reasons beyond my control, as I discuss in previous post,
until the last moment I was trying to confirm flights to the city of Oregon in
the United States and I could not obtain success in this activity.
Very grateful for the opportunity and benefits granted for attendance at
this event.
I hope for the next event, in my country they may have overcome this crisis
and things can be more natural.

I hope to see you at the next event.

Atte.

> Hello, Happy DebConfers!
>
> DebConf in Portland is quickly approaching and we're applying the final
> touches on the social event plannings. You've had information about the
> Cheese & Wine Party and some general information about the DayTrip[0]. I'd
> like to get you more precise information about the DayTrip now that we have
> everything confirmed.
>
> If you are interested in the 3-hour long rigorous hike, you should already
> be signed up for a slot on the early bus[1] (to leave at 8am on Wednesday
> morning).
>
> For those who aren't leaving on the early bus, we will be leaving Portland
> State University at 9:30am Wednesday morning, and also visiting the
> beautiful Columbia River Gorge, with stops at Multnomah Falls, Vista House
> and Rooster Rock State Park for our picnic lunch.
>
> * To enjoy everything without overcrowding, we're dividing the "later
> buses"
> into 2 groups, who will visit the same places, just in reverse order.
>
> * If you have already indicated you will be joining us on the DayTrip in
> Summit, we know who you are, and we're already planning for you to join
> us.
>
> * If you will be having people accompany you who are *not* registered in
> Summit, we need to know about them as soon as possible. We don't need
> specific information; a generic "+1" on our RSVP page[2] will suffice.
>
> * There have been concerns expressed that the later groups will have no
> recreation time. Please take a moment to read more about our History and
> Nature Adventure[2]. Piling people on a bus and not allowing them to
> interact with our beloved gorge was never the intention for this
> DayTrip.
>
> * The DayTrip page[0] has information about bus departures and where they
> will be leaving. We will have more precise information on how to pick
> up
> your sack lunch closer to the date.
>
> In summary - we're pleased and excited to share this historic and gorgeous
> slice of Oregon with everyone. Please make sure we have the information
> necessary to make this visit as enjoyable as possible!
