Well, it is not really explicit on the Heidelberg International website if they are exactly inside the green zone, but the mentions in http://www.jugendherberge.de/en/youth-hostels/heidelberg%20international10/arrival are leading us to thinking so, so I think I'll try and order. Probably from the berlin's site mentioned by Steve, or by snail mail from Tüv. I think there are sites charging much more which have better SEO, so maybe someone knowledgable should try and suggest the best option (for foreigners mainly ?) in the wiki ?
