permission denied and pending for Administrator approval.

If anyone wants to prepare an agenda for their BoF, this BoF pad is a
good place to do it.
Authentication is via Salsa. If you get an error that you don't have
permission to do something, you probably just aren't logged in, yet.
Click on login on the top right corner.
As in recent years, this etherpad instance will exist for the duration
of the conference, and get archived to salsa afterwards.
