Just drop a mail to [email protected] stating the purpose and requirement
to SignUP on Wiki Page & they shall white-list your mail-id for further
sign-up. Hope this helps :)

I require access to debian wiki for registering myself to Day trip at
debconf 2023. I however I'm not sure about the procedure for getting
access to debian wiki, it would be helpful if you could assist me with
the process.
Not sure how this works, but is there some way to whitelist wiki
self-service signup for DebConf attendees' email addresses? This looks
like it'll be a recurring problem.
