I implore you to do whatever you can to make sure that there isn't any
formal events on the day we have to be out. It will just be chaotic and
uncomfortable and will really ruin what is an otherwise usually a great
experience overall.
I agree - it also makes video team pack-up tricky if half the potential
helpers have left before the equipment can be torn down.
