Hi Andrew, Thanks for reminding me about this issue.
I actually mentioned this in DebConf Attendees channel two days ago. People told me that the local team is working on it. And told me to workaround via VPN or a SOCKS proxy over ssh via master.d.o. I switched to using that workaround myself, so I'm surprised to hear this hasn't been fixed yet. And this will also affected for people who wants to editing CoffeeLab and CheeseAndWinParty pages.....
