Hi all!

I've brought grounds and a cezve to brew Turkish Coffee. It's the open
metal water heater with the long handle, and grounds are labeled in
Turkish: "Türk Kahvesi". It's mostly just ultra-fine ground arabica
beans, but one bag has cardamom and another has mastic mixed in it for
some modified flavour.

Here's a guide to how to brew, by yours truly:

* Prepare as many cups as you want to brew for.
The cezve can take about ~6 of the small styrofoam cups, and
it's easier to balance the water-coffee ratio in big batches.

* Add water and grounds to the cezve and mix. Check the MAX line.
More grounds mean more of the characteristic foam on top,
but put too much and grounds may annoy you while drinking it.
I've found 600ml + 40g might be too much? Experiment!

* Turn on the cezve and keep your eyes on it.
It tends to overflow and make a mess the moment you look away.

* When it starts boiling, the coffee will start to rise.
Turn off the cezve and distribute the foam to cups with a spoon.
(You can skip this and just pour everything, but it makes less foam.)

* Turn on the cezve again until it rises for the second time,
then turn off and distribute the rest of the coffee to the cups.
Try to avoid pouring too much of the grounds.

* Enjoy the coffee. Ideally, the top should be completely covered
with a light-brown foam. If you get grounds at your first sip,
waiting a bit will help the grounds settle to the bottom.

* Clean the cezve with water, and make sure to wipe the inside to
remove all the grounds. People can also use it as just a heater for
brewing filtered coffee, and the water shouldn't be contaminated
  by grounds they don't want.

Cheers!
