Hi, http://web-graphics.com/mtarchive/bubbleTooltips2.html has a nice example how to use bubble-tooltips.
My design suggestion is: replace the flags with the words "english /
español" and make them a bubble-tooltip (which shows up if you move
the mouse over the link) saying "click here to view the website in english" /
"click aqui por el pagina de web in espanol" (better spanish translation very
much appreciated :)
I volunteer to implement this.
