After resending Gunars "please register for daytrip" mail to debconf-announce, I got several request to move it a bit, so it starts earlier. Currently the schedule are: 10:00-10:30 - Buses and guides arrive to Oaxtepec 11:00 - Departure towards Xochicalco archeological area 13:00 - Arrival to Xochicalco I know that people tend to sleep very long during DebConf, but I think they could easily sleep during the busride? An other argument I heard was the heat, since it get's to hot, which could be solved by leaving earlier. Could we move the entire timeline 2 hours earlier? What to you think about it, Gunar?
