If there is only a DSL uplink and not ethernet/fiber-link to Teviot,  the 
videoteam cannot work at night, which is a major PITA...

Andit's also not only the videoteam I guess, other people will also have 
hardware setups which are not really movable every day. (Think development 
boards etc.)

We wouldn't have choosen a place with only 14h access per day in the first 
place.
