The whole problem with the proceedings thing is that basically I'm missing the tools to automate the needed action. Hence, thus far I've just pinged Joerg to send the relevant mail as he has Penta access. So yes, go ahead with the last ping. After that I'll need either to collect manually the papers submitted as attachments or, once more, ask for someone to automate the collection.
